Changes, Cancellations & Returns

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes you can make changes prior to the courier being handed over the delivery. But once the items have been handed over to the courier it is not possible to amend the order. Therefore please contact us immediately by phone if you wish to change your order.

In the event that you decide to change your order or modify it after placing the order and prior to dispatch, you can select another item for the same value or we can offer you store credit.

Can I cancel my order?

The customer can only cancel the order prior to the item being dispatched with the courier. No cancellations will be processed after the dispatch. If you request cancellation prior to dispatch, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified of the same and offer you store credit where payment has been made in advance.

Refund Policy reserves the sole right to accept or deny refunds and will act reasonably in the common interest of both parties involved. Purchases are only retractable in exceptional circumstances, such as where a clear typographical error is made, the product is unavailable, sold out or damaged goods. In case of return without delivery of product, refund cannot be processed.

In all other instances we will offer you store credit valid for a period of 1 year.

Please note that items under the “Hot Deals” Section, “Super Deals” and “Paired Offers” category cannot be returned or refunded due to high demand and low availability.

Return & Exchange Policy

All good are thoroughly checked by us before dispatch from Warehouse and we advise you to do the same once you receive the delivery & before signing it. The following items are not exchangeable

  1. 1. Hot Deals items

  2. 2. Super Deals items

  3. 3. Paired Offers items

  4. 4. Items not in the original condition dispatched (eg. Damaged items, items with dirt, makeup, stained, used)

  5. 5. Where the Tags and Pricing Tags are detached

  6. 6. Discounted Offers for Apprentices, Junior Lawyers, University/Campus (under)graduates.

Conditions of Return

Clothes and jewellery must not be used (other than for trial), altered, washed or soiled in any way. Return is acceptable only within 2 days from date of delivery. Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged. Return shipping cost will not be covered by

However, in the event you do find a damage, we have a customer friendly return & exchange policy. You will have to first inform us by a telephone call on our hotline (076 390 1777) and write to us immediately at and inform us of the reason for the return, photo of the defect and we will give you steps from customer support for return of the item:

  1. A) We recommend that you Immediately return the item with our courier if the product is faulty upon inspection (recommended procedure)


  1. B) If the item is not immediately dispatched for return with our courier, you may send it back to us via courier with online tracking facility and:

  1. 1. Provide us with the tracking details of the product. Without this packages could get lost and replacement might be cancelled.

  2. 2. Mention the Company name AVANDI CREATIVE APPAREL (PRIVATE) LIMITED and Order Number on the return package and return to "S.P.Building, Level 2, 192/10, 9th Lane, Nawala Road, Nawala" along with the Original Reciept.

  3. 3. Please note that the last date of return shipping is 3 working days from the date of delivery. We will not be able to accept returns if dispatch is after 3 working days from the date of delivery.

Return Shipping Cost

In this instance the cost of return shipping will not be covered by Avandi, the shipping cost will be borne by you.

Packaging Advice

It is of utmost importance that the items do not get damaged on their return shipping. For Jewellery please use the Jewellery Box we sent, cotton, bubble wrap, paper or foam to do some kind of padding around the product. For Apparel, please cover the package in polythene plastic and return it to avoid damage due to rain. In case of international parcels, the package should be returned with signature requirement upon delivery. This is done to ensure that we receive the parcel correctly/safely.

Options after Return:

The items returned are thoroughly checked by our staff to ensure that they are returned to us in original condition. If the staff are satisfied they will inform you and you can chose to do one of the following:

  1. 1. Request a replacement, either the same item (where available) or a different item of similar value from the website.

  2. 2. Request Store Credit for same value for purchase at a later date on the website (valid for 1 year).

  3. 3. Request a refund as per our Refund Policy. We will do a direct refund to the card through which payment was completed. In case the payment was done with cash or bank transfer, kindly provide us with your bank account details.

What we do about mispricings or unavailable products

We daily update our site, however despite our best efforts, a minor number of items in our catalogue could be mispriced or sold out or unavailable. However, we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. In the event the item is unavailable or sold out we will notify you of the cancellation of your order and initiate refund policy where prepayment is made at time of placing the order.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed successfully.
