Delivery
Where do you deliver to?
Domestic Orders
We deliver island wide. We can deliver to your home or to your workplace.
In case of GIFTS please inform us of the additional details e.g. name, contact number and address of the recipient when placing the order and have the Gift Recipient's Address as the Shipping Address when placing the order.
When ordering please provide at least two contact numbers if possible for the courier to contact you, as we want to do our best to deliver your order at the earliest with the least hassle.
International Orders
If you wish to make an order from abroad please contact us prior to placing the order we can make arrangements to have the item shipped to you upon agreeing on shipping charges. Please note that Customs charges, Customs duty (if any), or other charges & taxes that have to be paid on your end will have to be borne by you.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
No we don’t, as we require a signature & checking when goods are delivered.
How much does delivery cost?
Island wide Delivery is FREE for orders above Rs.3000/-. All orders below Rs 3000/- there is a delivery charge based on the delivery location and weight.
We have done our best to negotiate the lowest delivery charges on your behalf. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
How long will delivery take?
We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. (within Colombo 1-2 working days and out of Colombo 1-4 working days). With the confirmation of dispatch notification we provide you with an online tracking number to track your item delivery progress on our courier partner site: www.parcel.lk.
What time will my delivery arrive?
Deliveries can be made any time between 7.00am and 9.00pm, so please ensure there is access to the delivery address at all times during this period. You will be contacted before the delivery.
Will a signature be required for my delivery?
Yes, as it will be proof that the goods have been delivered and checked by customer.
What if my parcel does not arrive?
1) check the courier website www.parcel.lk using the tracking number we provide you when confirming dispatch to see the status of the delivery.
2) Please contact our courier partner on their hotline and they will be happy to assist you.
3) In case you do not find the issue resolved please contact us and we can investigate further on your behalf.
